A standard session lasts from 50 minutes to an hour.
I’ve chosen not to work directly with insurance companies to ensure you maintain control over your journey to wellness. Many insurance providers require a diagnosis and limit the duration or number of therapy sessions. However, I can assist with out-of-network claims by providing a superbill every four sessions, and your insurance company may reimburse a portion of the session cost.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours’ advance notice. This allows me to offer your time slot to someone else. I accept cancellations or requests to reschedule through email at nellylmhc@gmail.com.
